1. Design Of Your New Wyndham Deerpoint Home
From the very first point in your home building process, we are there to help. Because we are a semi-custom builder, you can rely on your personal Sales Consultant to help you design your Wyndham Deerpoint home to meet your needs and your budget. Throughout the design period your Sales Consultant will review a wide variety of design options, from additional windows to sun porches, larger rooms to elaborate kitchens, even specifications for special needs.

2. Pre-Construction Meeting
At this meeting your Sales Consultant and Construction Superintendent will help you understand the overall construction process for your new Wyndham Deerpoint home. Together, you will review the blueprints, site plan, color schemes, options, construction schedule and proposed closing date.

3. Pre-Dry Wall
Your Construction Superintendent will take you on a guided tour of your framed home. Here you will get an up-close view of the "Stix and Bricks" of your new Wyndham Deerpoint home, and walk away with confidence in its quality structure before any more work is done.

4. Trim Walk
This optional guided tour with your Construction Superintendent is scheduled prior to carpet installation to confirm your flooring and cabinet selections.

5. Orientation Walk
One week prior to closing on your new Wyndham Deerpoint home you have the opportunity to walk the home with your Construction Superintendent. During this walk they will educate you on the maintenance, care and use of its quality features. Prior to the walk, the Wyndham Deerpoint Home Warranty Representative and Construction Team will have conducted a quality control check to assure quality construction and proper working order.

6. Closing Day Walk
On the day of closing you have your final walk with your Wyndham Deerpoint Home Construction Superintendent. Any concerns from your Orientation Walk will be inspected for completion.

7. 45-Day Walk & Follow-Up
Reinforcing our commitment to your continued satisfaction, The Wyndham Deerpoint Warranty Representative will contact you for a post-construction visit to inspect the home and address any concerns you may have.

8. 11-Month Walk
Our commitment doesn't end one or two months after you buy your new Wyndham Deerpoint home. After 11 months, the Wyndham Deerpoint Home Warranty Representative will once again walk your home reviewing any warranty-related structural concerns you may have.
