Buyers eager to think "outside the box" are heading to Caledonia, Wyndham Deerpoint Homes' new community in Yorkville, where semi-custom homes come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Located on an eye-catching property off Corneils Road just west of Rt. 47, Caledonia consists of 61 homesites in Phase I - homesites that are selling fast thanks to the preferred ability to personalize each residence, said Diane Robinson, marketing director for Wyndham Deerpoint Homes.
