The excitement is growing this summer at Tall Oaks, Wyndham Deerpoint Homes' brand new community of semi-custom homes in Elgin-located within the Burlington 301 school district.

Bolstered by the success of the nearby 2006 Gallery of Homes, more shoppers are discovering Tall Oaks every day, according to Diane Robinson, director of marketing for Wyndham Deerpoint Homes. Thanks additionally to a new touring model and a $15,000 preconstruction savings incentive, Tall Oaks is generating increasing interest from suburban shoppers in the market for a quality built semi-custom residence, she says.
